Following the release of the Sleeper Hold EP earlier this year, Rituals Of Mine returns with a remix of “Bad News” by friend and collaborator Kevvy (aka Fake Shark). The track is a lush, ethereal, and emotional reimagining of the original song which appeared on the EP.

Kevvy and I have become quick friends over our shared love for basketball and music. I sent him the EP early and was so stoked that he asked to do a remix because I was interested in hearing his unique take on one of the most r&b songs I’ve ever made. His remix is lush and emotional and truly takes the song to a cinematic level with his use of strings and piano. I love it.
