The Athens-based project of singer-songwriter Eleni Karageorgou, Post Lovers will release their self-titled debut album on December 10, 2018. Now they share the album’s second single “Look Around”. It’s the follow up to “Tiger” and debut 7? “Melbourne/Going Anyway”.
Eleni says – “Look around is a song about 3 generations of women living and striving inside the vicious circle of patriarchy. I never expected I’d feel the need to write such a song in 2018 but reality gave me no other choice. Just a quick yet harsh glance in public and private spaces of life currently, was enough to leave me wondering: have you ever realised what you’ve been doing to your mothers, sisters, daughters?”
