In support of their upcoming debut album Pristine Origin packaged alongside the bonus remix album Inspire Rioting (featuring remixes of album tracks done by the likes of KK Null, James Plotkin, Kid Millions, Jenks Miller, Jerry Busher of Fugazi and more), instrumental power-trio Hyrrokkin have premiered new song “Anacoluthon” exclusively at DecibelMagazine.com.
In addition, Hyrrokkin member and New Atlantis Records founder Ed Ricart recently described two upcoming releases on his new label, featuring both a Hyrrokkin split 7″ with Temporary Residence artists Bellini, and collaborative 12″ release with Japanese noise legend Merzbow:
“Later this year, Hyrrokkin will debut a new piece, called ‘Wisshak,’ also recorded in July with Bill Skibbe at Key Club Recording. The track will be released on a split 7″ with the art-rock quartet Bellini (members of Uzeda, Girls Against Boys) via New Atlantis Records.”
The band is also planning on heading out on a full U.S. tour this fall to support this new LP and upcoming releases, full tour dates, as well as multiple new videos for tracks off the new album coming soon.
