Uncommon Nasa Shares “Oculus”

New York Hip-Hop denizen Uncommon Nasa returns with the video for the title track of his latest release Oculus, produced by Messiah Musik. The 5 song project also includes appearances by Short Fuze (Guillotine Crowns and Pastense. Also included here are Messiah’s instrumentals. While Oculus has been released today digitally, pre-order of this release will be available for a limited edition silver cassette HERE.

For his video, directed by frequent collaborator Samurai Banana, is a trippy view of Nasa walking through streets and brightly lit buildings, more specifically down at the World Trade Center, as he winds his words around the Oculus, a mall of sorts that panders to the general public. Nasa’s monosyllabic delivery matches the clear sterility of the locale and its lifelessness with many souls passing through it daily.
