Blur drummer Dave Rowntree is excited to share a new video for his recent album track, “1000 Miles.” 
The video was created by the Norfolk-based animator/illustrator, Megan Yaxley. The track is taken from Dave’s recently released solo debut album, Radio Songs (Cooking Vinyl), released to widespread critical acclaim last month. The album was produced by Leo Abrahams and arrives some thirty-two years after Blur released their debut album Leisure back in 1991.

Dave offers, “’1000 Miles’ is my favourite song on the album. It’s a love song to my girlfriend, and talks about how tough it is keeping a relationship alive when you spend so much time away from home.”
