Dianogah Releases ‘1995-2008’ Box Set

The Chicago-based trio Dianogah—known for their melodic interplay and dynamic instrumentals—have announced the long-awaited vinyl release of their entire out-of-print catalog, available as “1995–2008,” a limited edition 5xLP box set released on Landland Colportage.

It is available now for mailorder.

This box set brings together all four of Dianogah’s full-length albums along with a fifth LP of singles and compilation tracks. As Seen from Above and Battle Champions were both recorded by Steve Albini, while Millions of Brazilians and Qhnnnl were recorded by John McEntire. All four LPs have been remastered by Dave Gardner for this release, and the fifth LP—Old Material, Larger—was remastered by Carl Saff.

Available in three different vinyl variants (180g black, clear, and “assorted colors”) with center label art by Aaron Horkey, the box set also includes a 16-page booklet with photos, ephemera and extensive liner notes by the band, as well as two 12”x36” screenprinted posters by band member / poster artist Jay Ryan, all packaged in a deluxe case-bound slipcase.

The four previously-existing LPs are slated to also be available individually later in the year, while Old Material, Larger is exclusive to the box set, which is limited to only 400 copies.
