Melotov Records announces the July 22 release of Vices’ debut full-length, New Breed.
From Jacksonville, Florida, Vices take swamp vibes and bluesy guitar solos and jam them into ferocious hardcore punk songs. As Decibel Magazine put it recently, “Vices play hardcore with a blues rock edge [that] will make you want to go smash liquor bottles down by the creek.” Stream Vices’ song, “Wasteland,” via Decibel.
American Aftermath calls Vices’ sound “a masterful pairing of hardcore and Southern-fried debauchery” – the blog premiered “Devil’s Advocate” today, another new song off New Breed.
New Breed was produced by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip). The album follows a self-released 2012 EP, The Out Crowd Blues.

Vices play their hometown of Jacksonville tonight then head west for a full US tour.
