Talk In Tongues will release their debut LP on May 19, if you pre-order it digitally now, you’ll get the band’s two current singles “Still Don’t Seem To Care” and “While Everyone Was Waiting” instantly. The band will be playing a bunch during SXSW next week and then will stay on the road for the next few months!
With production from Kevin Augunas (Cold War Kids, Edward Sharpe), their debut album, out in May 2015 on Fairfax Recordings, links modern-day psychedelia with the foundation of early ’60s experimentation-it’s melody and atmosphere and noise-as-beauty captured (barely) in songs that should be blasting out of the Coachella main stage somewhere around midnight.
