Released today on Astralwerks was Broken Promise Land the debut EP from Claire. On Broken Promise Land, the Munich-based five-piece offer up a wide swath of reference points – electro, indie, pop, even some R&B – resulting in a Technicolor hybrid of wistful, electronic, synthpop that is uniquely Claire’s own.
