Bill Doss, a member of Olivia Tremor Control and co-founder of The Elephant 6 Recording Company has passed away.  He was 43 years old. Doss, along with Jeff Mangum and Will Cullen Hart launched the Olivia Tremor Control in 1988 in Louisiana. Eventually, they moved to Athens, Georgia, and Mangum split with the band to pursue his work in Neutral Milk Hotel.
