Top Ten of Twenty Thirteen: Rae Amitay of Thrawsunblat, Immortal Bird

Rae Amitay

Rae Amitay

Berklee College of Music graduate Rae Amitay is perhaps best known for her considerable chops behind the kit for Thrawsunblat, and for pulling double duty on drums and vocals in Immortal Bird.  She’s also worked as a staff writer, interviewer and social media director for MetalReview.com since 2011.  So to say she knows a thing or two about good, solid heavy music is an understatement.
Ghettoblaster recently caught up with Amitay to get her list of favorites for the year.  This is what she was listening to.
