Nik Freitas Shares Single "Good News (Waiting For You)," Announces New EP

With almost a decade of taking a shot at music, with a good number of releases to go along with it, Nik Freitas shares his latest honey-dewed single “Good News (Waiting For You),” propelled by a frenzied rhythm and bouncy chords. The multi-instrumentalist and producer is set to release his new EP, Good News (Park The Van), on September 15, 2021. If the new single is any indication of what to expect, everyone’s in for a treat.

The lead single was written ten months into the shutdown. “It was hard to tell what day it was, its like time didn’t matter anymore,” Nik explains. “The actual hands on the clock really disappeared and that coupled with everyone being isolated and glued to their phones, we were all just waiting for some good news. The bridge in the song ‘I’m listening for the part in a song when I know it’s coming to an end’ is basically saying, I don’t even want good news anymore, just tell me when it’s all going to be over!” Freitas has started moving forward with just a handful of tour dates so far, which are listed below.
