Body Farm On Tour

Ohio hardcore rippers Body Farm are set to release their Living Hell EP on vinyl via Blind Rage Records, Dead Tank Records, and So This Is Progress Records? Cassettes will be available via Dune Altar Records (U.S.) and Serial Bowl Records (UK) and will hit streaming platforms March 10.

Based out of central Ohio Body Farm is a four-piece hardcore punk band that pushes into power violence and grind as often as possible. The band hit the ground running playing three shows in their first weekend of live performances in March of 2019.

The band recorded and released their first self titled 7” January 10, 2020, on Financial Ruin Records and So this is Progress Records playing a doubleheader release show – during the day at the local record shop with Nukkehammer and Slutbomb, and at night at the local basement the Legion of Doom with Killer of Sheep and Minority Threat. March 13, 2020, was Body Farm’s 40th show and the last live show they played due to the pandemic. 28 shows were cancelled including a 10-show Northeast tour and five show West Coast visit.

April 20, 2020, the band released a split 7” with Slut Bomb on Landslide Records and So this is Progress Records before releasing releasing a 3” lathe on Blind Rage Records later that year. March 1, 2021 Body Farm was featured on a cover comp tape released by To Live a Lie Records. December 2, 2021 marked the release of the flexi single “Body Farm” which was featured in the film “They/Them/Us”.

Body Farm is heavily active in local politics and works with and supports NARAL of Greater Ohio, Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio, Sex Militant and the Black, Queer and Intersectional Collective.
