Coming off one of their most critically acclaimed releases to date, Shreveport, Louisiana’s own Seratones have announced their upcoming album POWER.  The band also released their first single and music video in support of the news “Gotta Get To Know Ya.”

Produced by Cage The Elephant’s own Brad Schultz, Seratones latest will mark new beginnings for the band.  At first glance, fans will notice that there’s been a change within the lineup.  POWER will also mark being the first under New West.  One thing that hasn’t changed is ever compelling lead singer A.J. Haynes.  Sonically mesmerizing, Haynes shows off her vulnerability with the new tracks.  Years fighting for reproductive rights and serving as a counselor at one of Louisiana’s last remaining abortion providers, her advocacy for racial equality, her struggles to adapt and overcome, her love of poetry are major influencers within POWER.
