Evidence Shares New Single “Different Phases,” Announces Album

Emcee and producer Evidence will release his new album, Unlearning Vol. 2 (Rhymesayers Entertainment) on August 15, 2025. The album boasts production from Evidence himself, as well as The Alchemist, Conductor Williams, Graymatter, C-Lance, QThree, Sebb Bash, Beat Butcha, and Coop The Truth.  Unlearning Vol. 2 finds Evidence at his most soulful and self-assured—a smoky, introspective journey where grief, growth, and sharp lyricism collide in fearless reinvention.

The album features the recently released single “Nothing To See Here” and today, he has also shared his newest single, “Different Phases,” produced by Beat Butcha & Coop The Truth, accompanied by a video directed by SHEESH.

“This is my first Vol.2 project I’ve made,” he shares “I’ve had a like minded thread of albums with the “Weather” series, but this is an actual part 2. I wanted this album to feel aligned with Unlearning Vol.1 and to be open ended like the previous one. Leaving room for a Vol.3 of this series in the future.”
