Boston’s own Today Junior are the right group to get us in the mindset with their infectious garage rocker “Skate Punx”. Today, Ghettoblaster is proud to premiere the band’s video for the single.
Coming off the upcoming album Single Forever, “Skate Punx”, Today Junior says the song is “about being an individual, remembering who you are and knowing that some things in this world are just out of your control”.
The video was recorded live while Today Junior was in the midst of a session at Big Nice Studios in Lincoln, RI. As for “Skate Punx”, the track was produced, engineered, and record by the band’s good friend Brad Krieger.
Today Junior plan to release three other live recorded performance videos in the upcoming weeks. This is all in support of their latest album, which is slated for release on April 6th.
