You can do far worse than listening to Rae Fitzgerald, and I mean that with the utmost sincerity and respect because “Jackal ii” has me entranced. On this track off of her upcoming album being released on June 3, 2016, Popular Songs For Wholesome Families, her dreamy folk delivery is reminiscent of a favorite of mine, one Canadian Julie Doiron.
