NYC's Modern Whale Shares New Single/Video "Dirt"

Brooklyn trio Modern Whale (the brainchild of musician Rob Guariglia) have dropped a new single (“The Dirt”) and music video. Naturally reminiscent of cult television program The Twilight Zone, the video was produced, directed and performed by Raviv Ullman (as seen on HBO, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, MTV, and Disney’s ‘Phil of the Future’) and Martin Spanjers (Grey’s Anatomy, 8 Simple Rules). Maneuvering through New York’s finest visual trappings, the video also stars John Beach. Once you turn it on, you won’t be able to turn it off. The band’s concept video lets the hilarity ensue. The band is apparently too pop for indie and too indie for pop. Regardless, “The Dirt” is catchy AF.
