Mimes of Wine share video for "Birds of a Feather," ready LP

Mimes of Wine have shared their video for “Birds of a Feather” off the La Maison Verte LP, out June 10.

Mimes of Wine was founded in 2008 by singer and pianist Laura Loriga, born in Bologna, Italy, and now spliting her time between her home city and New York.
Since 2009, she has written and released two albums (Apocalypse Sets In – Midfinger Records/Warner Chappell, in 2009, and Memories for the Unseen – Urtovox Records, in 2012), while also collaborating on different projects with other Italian bands (including Giardini di Miro) and composers for soundtrack work (including Leonardo de Bernardini and producer Adam Moseley).
Since Memories for the Unseen, Laura has been working with a stable band composed of Stefano Michelotti (nychelharpa, accordion, dan-bau, shruti box and more), Matteo Zucconi (stand-up bass, pedals), Luca Gugliemlino (guitar), and Riccardo Frisari (drums).  The contribution of these musicians had been precious both in the arrangement of the songs and during the year long tour that followed the release.
Currently, Mimes of Wine are preparing to release their third record, La Maison Verte, written by Laura and arranged with the band over the last two years.
The album will be released by Accidental Muzik (Adam Moseley) in the U.S. on June 10, 2016 and by Urtovox Records in Italy in the following September.
