Emcee/producer DeLaZoo has premiered a new video this morning. The track “Not Around” features the artist’s potent flow, melodic hooks and nimble synth-work throughout. The video was filmed right outside the artist’s home base of Kalamazoo, MI in rural farmland. As DeLaZoo says of the filming “even though Kalamazoo is a city, I sometimes forget that fifteen minutes outside the city is fields for miles and miles. We are kind of the mid-ground between both locales.”
“Not Around” will appear on the forthcoming EP, The Waiting Place, to be released on April 15.

23 year old DeLaZoo (born Devin Harrison) is a classically trained pianist and self-taught producer, starting on the beat-making path at just 9 years old. While still in high school his constant barrage of remixes and original tracks gained his YouTube page over 12,000 subscribers. With a development deal secure in Hollywood, California, DeLaZoo experienced his education in the music industry early. After some wrong turns while self-navigating the machine, DeLaZoo eventually drew the attention of M3.
