After their appearance at Metallica’s Orion Music & More Festival on June 23 in Atlantic City, NJ, The Sword will begin recording their fourth album and first for their new label partners Razor & Tie.  The album, Apocryphon, will be produced and engineered by J. Robbins (Clutch, Jawbox) and recorded at Magpie Cage Studios.  Apocryphon is scheduled for an early fall release.  The Sword will commence a worldwide tour in support of Apocryphon in October.
