Good Fight Music has welcomed Of Feather and Bone to its family.Continuing a streak that includes the recent signings of Axis, Hollow Earth, and Extinction A.D., the label is proud to bring the Denver, Colorado trio into the fold.
Good Fight Music will release Of Feather and Bone’s debut album, Embrace the Wretched Flesh, on September 18. The LP was recorded and mixed by Andy Patterson (Cult Leader, Call of the Void). Stream epic opening track “Ordained in Fire” now via Good Fight, here.
Of Feather and Bone is a fresh new representative of a Denver scene that also includes Primitive Man and Call of the Void. As witnessed on “Ordained in Fire,” the band rips forward, rabid and seething, caked in crust, grinding through songs like army tanks flattening fields. Swelling, churning clouds of gloom hang heavy as the band blasts out campaigns of the bleakest, most savage hardcore, in line with ’90s German crust gods Acme, or modern-day warriors Cult Leader. Check out a clip from this year’s Rain Fest in Seattle to see the band doing its live thing, here.
Debut full-length Embrace the Wretched Flesh, out September 18 on Good Fight, follows two EPs and a split with Reproacher. Of Feather and Bone hits the road in August to tour with Good Fight labelmates Axis and Old Wounds, and will continue touring though the fall. Stand by for more dates.
