The new Kinski album Cosy Moments dropped this week via Kill Rock Stars.  Often regarded as one of the premiere American psych rock bands, this is the long running Seattle quartet’s first LP in nearly six years.  Cosy Moments picks up where Down Below It’s Chaos (Sub Pop) left off, retaining the heavy guitar crunch, but at the same time progressing toward a more accessible and direct sound, and a good deal more songs with vocals (Kinski is usually thought of as an instrumental band).
