Doll Fest is a celebration of feminine energy, friendship, and community gathering together in support of one another. Additionally, Doll Fest is a celebration of all things femme (inclusive of trans and nonbinary identities)! Focusing on fostering a place for feminine energy, gathering of safe community, and fostering friendships. We are deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment that is free from homophobia, transphobia, racism, and misogyny. In that vein, they are also extremely anti-fascist and anti-police violence.
Following in the footsteps of previous incarnations of feminine fests such as Lilith Fair, She Shreds, and more we seek to honor those fests that forged the path of femme people in the music industry while continuing the tradition of making a safe and inclusive space for femmes both on stage and beyond.
Doll Fest was founded by Maria Chaos who simply wanted to create more opportunities for minorities and found a small team of like-minded volunteers trying to make the festival a reality. As the idea grew so did the team, bringing on Freya Hausman as the General Manager of Doll Fest to help with festival logistics and keep the ship on course.
“Let’s rise up in 2025 and help bring more feminine energy and joy to the world,” says Maria M. C.
