Deveykus, a quintet that features celebrated experimental trombonist Dan Blacksberg, premiered a new song called “Wordless Ecstacy” at Alarm-Magazine.com.  The song will appear on Deveykus’ forthcoming album, Pillar Without Mercy, which drops on June 28.

Blacksberg is announcing details of the upcoming New York and Philadelphia Deveykus record release shows, taking place June 27 at Littlefield in Brooklyn, New York, and June 29 at Johnny Brenda’s in Philadelphia with label-mates Les Rhinocéros and special guests Cleric and Pitom (full details below).
