Color War ready LP, share "SOS"

Brooklyn-based electronic duo Color War originally bonded as visual artists in 2004. A natural creative symmetry forced the group into existence in 2009 for their first musical endeavor. The band soon began forging songs through hazy improvisational sessions, with J piecing together beats and synth textures and Mound responding as a medium, channeling melodies and lyrical content in real-time.
Their forthcoming album It Could Only Be This Way (to be released March 4 on Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse) illustrates the depth and transcendence of their sound. Brandon Sciarrotta, produced the record with co-production and mixing by legendary techno wizard, John Selway.
Over the summer, Color War shared their first single “Obelisk”. Available to stream at Pitchfork. They recently announced their debut full-length album, It Could Only Be This Way, with a brand new track “SOS”. Check it out now at Noisey.
