Topshelf Records and seminal ’90s indie-rock band Braid are pleased to present the full album stream of the band’s first LP in 16 years titled No Coast (Produced by Will Yip).
Streaming now in its entirety one week prior to its official release on Tuesday, July 8 via NPR “First Listen,” No Coast, an album that was recently deemed “a blueprint for the elder statespersons of emo returning to the fold” by All Songs Considered, contains 12 of the most technically and lyrically creative songs ever penned by the Champaign-Urbana, IL- based quartet. Featuring a rousing collection of textures, as well as the combined signature vocals provided by guitarists Bob Nanna and Chris Broach, the album presents itself as the fitting follow up to the band’s career defining, 1998 indie-rock classic Frame & Canvas.
