LA’s indie-pop outfit Act As If – spearheaded by singer/songwriter Peter Verdell – have released their official music video for the single “Uh Huh,” which premiered yesterday at Buzznet. The track comes off the band’s recently released full length album Steady, which received rave reviews from sources like FUSE, The 405, PopMatters, and several others.

Act As If has spent the past four years making waves in the LA music scene while also landing countless sync placements on nationally acclaimed TV shows such as ABC’s Pretty Little Liars & Cougar Town, MTV’s the Real World & Teen Mom, and IFC’s Commercial Kings.
The new album Steady was produced by Peter Verdell, Adrian Alvarado, and Eric Palmquist over the course of six months at Grey Area Studios and Infrasonic Sound, and is the sophomore full length album to the band’s debut, There’s a Light, released in 2010, and a follow up to their 2012 EP The Iron is Hot.
