6th Circle Delivers Futuristic Sounds, Sonic Transfigurations On debut The Third Estate

Sentient Ruin released The Third Estate, the debut album from one-man electro-industrial artist 6th Circle (aka. Matt Auxier, formerly of Zao, Eyes Upon Separation and EYE) on October 4 in LP, cassette and digital formats. The Third Estate follows Auxier’s two previous EP releases, Pacified (released by U.S. raw black metal tape forge Knife Vision) and Conjuring (released earlier this year by harsh noise dealers Phage Tapes).

Steeped in themes of religion, magic and societal collapse, The Third Estate synthesizes a pitch-black maelstrom of driving beats, harsh samples, and apocalyptic atmospheres that materialize in quintessential post-industrial pandemonium.  Simply, 6th Circle revitalizes and re-imagines the electro-industrial/EBM genre by bridging the historic legacy built by forebears like Front 242, Front Line Assembly and Skinny Puppy with a broad, new spectrum of futuristic sounds and sonic transfigurations.
