Arizona psych-rock band The Myrrors announce their forthcoming Borderlands, out August 17, 2018 on Beyond Beyond Is Beyond, and share the free-flowing freakout “Awakening.” Last year’s Hasta La Victoria, This is the band’s third album, was stunning and ridiculously repetitive without being repetitious. It even contained the 10-minute plus opus “Organ Mantra” which lulls and hypnotizes as a king cobra would before it strikes. The Myrrors never strike, and simply keep that momentum moving forward. Fans are surely eagerly awaiting the new album.
