Starchild & the Romantic share Cherelle cover, tour (2016)

Last week Starchild & the Romantic, a.k.a. Brooklyn-based multi instrumentalist and songwriter Bryndon Cook released his debut EP Crucial on Ghostly.
To tip his hat to his musical heroes, Cook shares today his smoothed out cover of Cherelle’s 1984 hit (written by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis) “I Didn’t Mean to Turn You On.” Listen to the Starchild & The New Romantic take, renamed as “Didn’t Mean 2 Turn U On,” below.
