On December 16, 2017, fans of legendary Dayton, Ohio, glitch rockers Brainiac had a lot to celebrate at the annual North of Nowhere South benefit event. Members of Heartless Bastards, Oh Condor, Haunting Souls, Thunderbirds Are Now!, Lung, Lazy, O-Matic, Ryan Allen and his Extra Arms, Hexadiode and more converged on the venue to pay tribute to the influential band and to raise money for an amazing cause, the educational fund of fallen friend and musician Jeremy Frederick’s daughter.
