Salt Lake City-based Mira Nova shares the lyric video for its single “Losing Sleep” off the band’s forthcoming Volume II album, which sees release tomorrow, March 29.

“Losing Sleep” is a thoughtful song about racing thoughts and anxiety. But, it also includes a quote from Zoolander, which is the perfect example of how the band mixes harsh realities with humor and mixes dread and doubt with hopeful upbeat sounds.
