Song Premiere | Dario Ré, ”Sex With The Gods”

Dario Ré, artist, producer, and lead singer-songwriter of Spokane’s seven-piece genre-bending indie-folk ensemble Heat Speak, has announced the release of a new full-length record, Holy Moon (slated for release May 6th. The album release show will be live in Spokane at the Magic Lantern featuring special guests, music video premieres, and an opening set by one of Sandpoint’s most charming acts, Systir, an acoustic quartet of sisters who play traditional folk from around the world as well as original songs that feel anciently fresh.

Today Ré has shared the single “Sex With The Gods.”  Throughout the track, listeners will feel as if they are peaking into a beautiful duet that’s being performed within the outer skirts of the woods.  The instrumentals move freely with the effortless vocals.

Written, produced, engineered, and mixed by Ré at his home studio known as The Mystic Homestead, Holy Moon exemplifies the COVID-era creative pivot. However, in the wake of our changing social climate, Ré and his band Heat Speak have also announced a spring West Coast tour including stops in Bellingham, Seattle, Olympia, Portland, Corvallis, Eugene, Cottage Grove, and Bend.
