Last year Danish black metal phenom, Myrkur, took us by storm with her lush, brutal melodies that blend second-wave black metal, Nordic folk music, classical instrumentation and haunting choirs. Since the release of her highly acclaimed debut M, Myrkur has only performed in Europe.  Currently on tour with Deafheaven, other notable dates include Roskilde and for her third time ever in Emanuel Vigeland‘s tomb in Oslo, Norway (where parts of the album were recorded).  This spring she’s set to play her first live dates in North America – performing as direct support for the mighty Behemoth on the Blasfemia Amerika tour coming in April – a full list of dates is available below.
