Hawthorne Heights will celebrate the 10 year anniversary of their 2006 second LP, If Only You Were Lonely on the Three-Headed Monstour, along with MEST, The Ataris and Handguns and London Falling. The band will perform the album in its entirety from front to back.
Tickets and VIP upgrades are available at ThreeHeadedMonstour.com.
The 2006 follow up to the band’s 2004 debut, The Silence in Black and White, If Only You Were Lonely, like its predecessor, reached Gold status and peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart and No. 3 on the Billboard 200 charts.
The album spawned a hit single “Saying Sorry,” which also went Gold, peaking at number 7 on the Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart.
Frontman JT Woodruff says, “Any time you revisit a portion of your past, you can expect to be met with a storm of emotions leading to a flood of memories. It has been a tremendous joy to sift through these memories, photos, and songs from the If Only You Were Lonely days, nearly a decade ago. We simply had our fans in mind when choosing to perform that album front to back, because great memories should be celebrated with the people you love, and the people that helped you climb these mountains. We are proud of history, and proud of all the fan reactions to the announcement of the Three Headed Monstour, in which we will play IOYWL in its entirety. It will be a wonderful experience, and a blast from the past to be on tour with Mest, The Ataris, and Handguns…all of which have been a part of our long and winding road. Some of these songs have never been on display on the stage, and we are looking forward to screaming, singing, and celebrating them with our fans.”
