EarthQuaker Devices land Exporter of the Year award from U.S. SBA

Akron, Ohio’s EarthQuaker Devices, LLC, the effects pedal company owned by Julie Robbins and musician Jamie Stillman of Relaxer and Fringe Candidate, and formerly of Harriet The Spy, The Party of Helicopters, Teeth of the Hydra, Drummer and more, has been awarded the 2019 Exporter of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

The company is one of the top six pedal makers in the U.S. and in the top-ten in the world. Their pedals are used by everyone from Converge to Guns and Roses, to Wilco, and Mark Mothersbaugh from Devo. They have been invited to Washington D.C. to participate in the National Small Business Week activities on May 5 and 6.
