Song Premiere: The Bonnevilles, "No Law In Lurgan"

The Bonnevilles are a garage punk blues duo straight out of Northern Ireland featuring Andrew McGibbon Jr. on vocals and guitar, and drummer Chris McMullan. The twosome will be unveiling their explosive third full-length studio effort Arrow Pierce My Heart this spring.
With two studio albums already under their belt, the band has become one of Europe’s top alternative blues acts, sharing the stage with bands such as Left Lane Cruiser, James Leg, Johnny Walker and Guadalupe Plata, and appearing at both The Deep Blues Fest in Clarksdale, Mississippi and its counterpart in Germany.
The Bonnevilles’ Arrow Pierce My Heart will be available March 18 on CD, digital and limited edition colored vinyl through Alive Naturalsound Records. Pre-order album via iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/arrow-pierce-my-heart/id1077525421
Ghettoblaster has the pleasure of premiering “No Law In Lurgan”. McGibbon Jr. had this to say about it:
“This song is about a fictionalized killing.  I use the name of my hometown of Lurgan in it, which may not be very wise but it fitted so I went with it. Although the event is fictional, Lurgan still has a bad reputation from the days of the Troubles. In fact, another track on the album is my way of apologizing; the song ‘Eroctica Laguna Lurgana,’ inspired by Jackie Treehorn, is the anti ‘No Law In Lurgan’ portraying it as the sexy place it really is.”
