Today, Nashville’s Palm Ghosts shares the first song from its fourth EP of the year, Decoder (Poptek Records/Sweet Cheetah Records), which hits the streets on December 6. Watch the video for “Come Inside” below:
Palm Ghosts bassist/vocalist Joseph Lekkas says, “‘Come Inside’ is about the illusion of connection while becoming increasingly isolated from the world outside.”
Pre-save the song, which hits digital streaming platforms on October 11 here.
From March of 2024, continuing until the end of the year, Palm Ghosts began releasing a series of songs and videos, one at a time, every two weeks, that will populate four EPs and ultimately a double album by the end of the year. The double album, Facades, will feature 20 songs that mix genres and moods like no other release in Palm Ghost’s large catalog.
The songs will explore topics like religion, cults, love, loss, and survival in the modern age. Some with beautiful melodies, some dark and brooding, but 100 percent Palm Ghosts.
The band performs at the Dayton Music Festival in Dayton, Ohio, on October 12. More details are here.
