Emcees and Living Legends Murs and the Grouch delivered their self-titled full length album earlier this month as Thees Handz with an explosive response from critics and fans alike. It was of course, with good reason. The duo just shared the new video for the single “Be Nice,” filmed live on location at Venice Beach. They are joined by bassist/multi-instrumentalist Brady Watt (Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch) who produced a couple of tracks off the album. The premise of the song? To simply be nice to your fellow human being.
Murs and Grouch volley their words seamlessly as anyone would expect with obvious years of experience working together. Couple that with a deep bass groove behind them and thet track, well, it’s nice.
