Honest, straightforward songwriting ringing off ivory keys and steel strings, The Nautical Theme is a modern folk duo. Their music offers the ebb and flow of melody and harmony. Based in Dayton, Ohio, the duo was formed in March of 2017 by Tesia Mallory (vocals, keys) and Matt Shetler (vocals, guitar). Matt and Tesia love to write, record, perform, and make connections with their original music, classified as modern folk, Americana, and indie-pop.
