“BUGS” is the new single off of cumgirl8’s forthcoming EP, RIPcumgirl8 (DERO Arcade), set for release on October 22, 2021. To celebrate the release, the band will be co-headlining alongside Kembra Pfahler at the Knitting Factory, October 21.

Of the track, cumgirl8 offers: “’Bugs’ evokes a rapid-paced life with a heavy nostalgia for still, melancholy moments; a hyperactivity-induced stumble into what you are left with when you come out of an episode of madness that never really stops. It’s a moment of reflection. What happened? How did I let it get to this point that I’m letting all these thoughts take over? The first verses weave in and around each other like vines with two voices singing simultaneously, eventually coinciding to propel into a dynamic eruption of dance-inducing sound. The drums stay right in the pocket while the other instruments play around the groove. Consistently edging between pretty and hard, Bugs doesn’t stop giving from beginning to end.”
