Today, the Donegal County, Ireland, based songwriter Anna B Savage shares yet another honorably pensive track from her approaching LP, You & i are Earth (City Slang) out January 24th, 2025. The latest single “Lighthouse” acts as a hopeful reflection of ancestry, solitude, and companionship. The record was produced by John ‘Spud’ Murphy (Lankum, Black Midi.) She has also recently shared earthy, whimsical lead-single “Agnes.”

Savage will tour the UK, IE, and EU in winter / spring 2025 (details below.) Earlier this year, Savage has graced stages supporting The Staves and St Vincent – having previously toured with Father John Misty and Son Lux amongst others. 

On the track, Savage shares: “A gentle love song about how I presumed I would end up alone, but found someone who makes me feel held, safe and still a sort of (if you’ll forgive me) independent ship in the night. I tried to keep the production relatively simple like the song, as that’s how the emotion feels also. It’s just nice.”
