Patrick Kinsley & A Fistful Of Dollars are the kind of blue collar, country-inspired Americana band that will turn the ear of fans of Woody Guthrie, Merle Haggard and Drive-By Truckers.
In the video for  “Back In Illinois,” Kinsley leads a self-help group in their mantra “I’ve Got Everything I Need.” The gathering is complete with lousy coffee, trust falls, and one sneaky booze smuggler (who video director Andy Pollitt kindly cast Pat’s mother for).
This track is the first single from the forthcoming record For A Thousand Miles, which sees release July 18 and was produced by Jesse Thompson of Forlorn Strangers.
