Broken Bells, if you haven’t been submitting to the music buzz within the past month, is the collaboration of James Mercer from The Shins and Danger Mouse of Gnarls Barkley and mashup-making fame. And, as some sort of marketing ploy that ends up being bravely forthright, they picked up a few cute little British kids with their accents to tell the duo how they feel about their new self-titled debut.
I tend to agree with the consensus: some good, some bad. But I hardly feel like a capable judge after seeing what kind and not-so-kind words these young’uns have to offer, so listen up and decide for yourself.
