Having known each other since 1999, vocalist Sarah Versprille and multi-instrumentalist Daniel Hindman (together as Pure Bathing Culture) is the prime example of having chemistry. From their time with Vetiver to their current project, the duo has always steered away from what is comfortable. Take for instance their album Pray for Rain: only analog gear and no plug-ins or effects was present.

On April 26, Pure Bathing Culture will release their third studio album Night Pass. Produced by Tucker Martine (REM, My Morning Jacket, Neko Case) cement their sonically pleasant work to even greater heights. The duo’s most recent single “Ad Victoriam” aesthetically soars throughout the duration and gives listeners a glimpse of what’s to come.
