New Orleans rock act, Variants, have announced that their new EP Commonwealth will be released on October 23.  Recorded and produced by Jay Maas of Getaway Studios (Defeater, State Champs, Title Fight), Commonwealth features four smooth, soulful tracks and will be the group’s second release.  Commonwealth will serve as a follow up to 2014’s The Concept of Color, and the single off the EP, “Bitter” can be heard here.
