Denver, Colorado’s The Knew are fringe rock for the uninitiated – part rock opera, part power pop with an abundance of strip-mall sleazy solos throughout their songs. They’ve released a ripper of a new song today with the video for “Rally and Rumble”, portraying everyone’s ultimate kitchen nightmare with their trademark goofball sense of humor.

“Rally and Rumble” is off a brand new 7-inch The Knew just released this week via Greater Than Collective that is available for purchase now from the label.
Fresh off a May U.S. tour, the quartet are preparing for the release of their third full-length Schmew on Greater Than Collective this fall. The album’s title is a nod to The Knew’s ability not to take their band name, themselves or rock ‘n’ roll too seriously. But make no mistake, Schmew as an album was taken very seriously by the band when they recordedit. The result is a record that is pure rock ‘n’ roll, quicker than their previous releases and denser than their former efforts. Stay tuned for more information about Schmew and more tour dates for The Knew to be announced this fall!
