Today AV Club has shared a taste of what New Jersey’s Screaming Females have in store for their first live album, Live At The Hideout.  Having just survived a potentially deadly van accident, the band arrived at The Hideout with a sense of urgency and ferocity that can only be attained from a near death experience.  The need to document their intense and feral live show after five full length albums and 900+ globe spanning shows under their belts in less than nine years became vital.  Live At The Hideout captures the band at the top of their game and will affirm Screaming Females are one of the best live bands of our time
