Lumbar—who feature YOB, etc. vocalist/guitarist Mike Scheidt, ex-Tad frontman/guitarist Tad Doyle and former Himsa guitarist Aaron Edge—will release their debut effort, The First And Last Days Of Unwelcome, on LP and digital formats on November 26 through Southern Lord.
CD and cassette versions will follow via Holy Mountain. Proceeds from the effort will go towards the band’s Aaron Edge, who suffers from multiple sclerosis. According to a press release, this project may very well be his last musical endeavor as a result of the diagnosis.
